    This includes a personalized meal planning and training, where I will look at your diet specifically as well as your exercises to target your areas of concern. I will check in with you on a weekly basis on
    progress and we will adapt your program according to your results every week. You get access to my App, where you will receive your customized training program, and meal and
    supplementation plan by me. We will keep in contact via the app (this is handy for exercise swaps, info, advice, food swaps or any info you need at that moment). One on one face to face training session (either over ZOOM or in the gym) where I will train you and you go over form and intensity/tempo, training equipment and any queries you have when you
    train alone. 1x live FitPress fitness session per week (my live FitPress sessions are 45mins, they include HIIT and
    boxercise, they are great to burn calories and used as a fantastic form of cardio, you can join 1 a week) You get to upload your progress pics on the app (no one else will see them) to stay accountable and for us to track progress. I am here to coach, guide, and support you through this insane magical journey. There is nothing
    more rewarding than seeing changes in your body through consistency and effort. All levels are welcome for me to coach you through.

  • 4 Week FitPress Lift at Home Gym Plan

    A 4-week gym plan for you to do at home (or in the gym) by Melissa Press and a Meal plan to kickstart your journey to lifting. Enough cardio and burpees. Time to lift weights
    All you need is dumbbells.
    Both a light and a heavy pair would be best A light pair: anything from 3kg – 5 kg
    A heavy pair: anything from 7kg to 12kg. Be prepared to lift, rest, repeat. Make sure you have some killer tunes, put your headphones on and get down to business. The meal plan consists of 5 meals. There are different options for each meal for you to mix and match to create your own meal plan according to your required calories for each day (you will be shown how to work that out).
    If you want to see your body shape change, ditch the cardio for weight training


  • Fitpress Group Fitness Sessions

    HIIT, boxercise and light weights all in one session. These sessions are sure to get you sweating as you SMASH calories, get the endorphins racing so you feel superb after as well as body sculpting
    exercises to make you feel the burn and of course great for fitness. The music will be pumping and you are sure to have a fantastic session.
    Full body workout. Work at your own pace, light dumbbells or no dumbbells needed Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    8am. This is done through the free version of ZOOM platform.
    The link is sent to you the night before. If you miss your session or request it, it will be emailed for you to do later.

    45mins R100 per session or R225 for all 3 per week


    A tailor-made eating plan for your body, your food likes and your goals. I will calculate your macros and calories required to achieve your results and create a personalised meal and supplementation plan for you. You can keep in contact with me for any queries, advice, motivation, food swaps etc.
    We will communicate and stay in touch for 8 weeks.
    After purchase is made, you will be required to fill out a question form and submit it back to me. It will take roughly 1 to 7 days for me to create your personalised meal plan and send it to you.
