HIIT, boxercise and light weights all in one session. These sessions are sure to get you sweating as you SMASH calories, get the endorphins racing so you feel superb after as well as body sculpting exercises to make you feel the burn and of course great for fitness. The music will be pumping and you are sure to have a fantastic session. Full body workout. Work at your own pace, light dumbbells or no dumbbells needed. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am. 45mins R100 per session or R225 for all 3 per week This is done through the free version of ZOOM platform. The link is sent to you the night before. If you miss your session or request it, it will be emailed for you to do later.
