I feel so strongly about this as you cannot change unless you take responsibility for your own lifestyle choices. Only you can make that change no one else. Yes, some are blessed with better ‘genetics’ but there are many other factors that play a role and many other choices you can make to change yourself or body. 🟣 Girls who don’t want muscles… The truth is muscle tissue is more active and burns more calories than fat. The more muscles you have, the bigger your resting expenditure. So, ditch the long jogs and work towards gaining more muscle!!! 🟣 Sleep is a huge factor. You need to get that beauty sleep! Sleep controls your hunger hormones (leptin and ghrelin) and they CAN be controlled by getting enough sleep. Your muscles grow and your body adapts to changes while at rest so make sure you make time to sleep and rest. And besides a good night’s sleep makes you less likely to reach for those midnight snacks. 🟣 Eating out and alcohol are the hard ones for most of us social butterflies. There are always those hidden calories in food ordered out and the portions are usually bigger. We love to eat out but when trying to prioritise fat loss try eat out less 😔 Besides alcohol containing a shit load of useless calories (7 calories to a gram) it also raises oestrogen levels, stimulates your appetite and makes you make stupid food choices. At the end of the day it boils down to how you want to live your life. We all have choices.
