🍏 It doesn’t matter if you eat one meal per day or 5.
🍏You’ll lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit – there are no short cuts.
🍏 Drink plenty of water it is important for pretty much everything.
🍏 No food is off limits or “bad” if you consume it in moderation (even sugar). There is no food that you CAN’T have. 🤩
🍏 Micro nutrients don’t affect weight loss but are important for overall health.
🍏 There is no perfect macro split, find out what works best for you.
🍏 You can eat before bed (if you enjoy it 😝) You can split your meals up whenever you want & however you want.
🍏 Adequate fat intake is necessary and very important especially for women (I’ve experienced a lack of fat and how it affected me). Keto isn’t magic, if you went keto and lost weight that’s great but Keto put you in a calorie deficit.
🍏 Keto isn’t magic and neither is intermittent fasting.
🍏 Keep exercising and working out, make it part of your lifestyle. 💋
