Have a plan, there is no point training and walking around the gym for hours doing the wrong
exercises and wasting time.
Do some research and educate yourself about diet and exercise that way you will also be able to
know who is talking rubbish and who to believe (especially on Instagram).
If you need some guidance find a trainer and coach who you can relate to and feel comfortable with to guide you and help you on your journey and most importantly to make you accountable.
