FitPress March 2019 Women's Fitness Event

30 Women joined me for a poolside HIIT workout with a live DJ in Sandton South Africa at Honest Food Bar. This was followed by a delicious healthy breakfast accompanied by some Skinny Prosecco where the ladies got to mingle and then all left with a superb goody bag.
